Clivia miniata seedlings
Clivia seedlings grow fast when properly cared for. I normally release new seedlings for sale when they reach the 4-6 leaf stage.
From sowing to first bloom (on a young 12-13 leaf plant) can be as short as 33 months, though 45-57 months is more common. Prices are listed for varying plant sizes; this does not mean that the specific cross is available in every size (all 4-6 leaf seedlings may have grown enough to advance to the 7-9 leaf stage). Please inquire, and I will advise you what the options are for the specific plants you are interested in. If you would like photos of the plants available, please allow up to 7 days (longer during orchid show season).
While breeders continually strive for improved flowers, these are seed grown plants, and variations/exceptions may occur. Despite our best efforts, the sought after 'Near White' crosses often produce pale yellows instead, and multi-tepals do not always come through in the next generation.
